Open N Stop + 21cm extension white

This safety gate for children Open N Stop can be used for doors and stairs with a width from 37.8-39.8 in. If you want to secure smaller openings, we recommend the Open N Stop inclusive 3.5 in extension (33.1-35 in) or the Open N Stop iwithout extension (29.5-31.5 in). All models of this gate can be extended with a second extension up to 48 in and with Y-spindles to be used for round stair railings.

Assembly is quick and easy. The metal gate is clamped between walls or in door frames with four fixing screws. No drilling required.

Open N Stop has a double manual locking mechanism. It can be opened with just one hand and engages reliably into the childproof lock.

With separately available extensions, the gate can be individually extended and used as a stair gate. And if you have a stair railing with round bars, you can attach the safety gate next to the extensions of 3.5 in and 8.2 in with the separately available Y-spindles.

Opening dimensions with extensions:

29.5-31.5 in = safety gate only
33.1-35 in = safety gate + 3.5 in extension
36.6-38.6 in = safety gate + 2 x 3.5 in extension
37.8-39.8 in = safety gate + 8.2 in extension
41.3 - 43.3 in = safety gate + 3.5 in extension + 8.2 in extension
46.1-48 in = safety gate + 2x 8.2 in extension

The same dimensions result from using the hauck Y-spindles in combination with the extensions because they replace the fixing screws.

Note: This item is a self-adjusting gate. This means that the inclination of the side part is eliminated by tightening the locking screws in the frame. This way, a secure hold and a parallel fixation of the side parts in the region of the closing mechanism is enabled.
